Course Overview

Transform your practice by prioritizing relationships over compliance. This hybrid course combines a powerful full-day professional learning experience with an in-depth book study of Travis Jordan's Connection Over Conformity. Learn to create educational environments where authentic connection drives achievement and presence matters more than perfection.
