Course Overview

This comprehensive 15-hour professional development course empowers K-12 educators to confidently integrate AI into their teaching practice. Grounded in the TeachAI 'AI Guidance for Schools Toolkit' and aligned with international best practices, this course combines theory, practice, and reflection to build AI literacy and responsible use.

Course Structure

  • Credit Hours: 1 semester credit (15 contact hours) through VCSU
  • Format: Asynchronous online learning
  • Duration: Self-paced over 8-10 weeks
  • Modules: 10 comprehensive learning modules
  • Capstone: Practical AI integration project

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
